The mountain of family is at the core of the seven mountains of influence as it weaves together the fabric of the society into an admirable shade of colors that represent various cultures, beliefs and systems. The family fabric is quickly fading, family is being redefined.

The household composition of male and female is under constant attack. We live in a new society where abject confusion around basic biological trait of male and female reigns with various proposition on the table based on people’s feelings and choices. Avi Silverberg, a bearded man, decided to make a statement by smashing women’s weightlifting record previously held by a transgender by simply stating that he is now a female. Utmost confusion and chaos loom across the horizon leaving a dent in the family fabric. This age long agenda has stood the test of time as it spans as early as the pharaonic area where the Israelite male child was decimated on the account of protecting the Egyptian rulership. Herod resolved to using the same move in killing the male child during Jesus’ era. This strategy aims at keeping the girls and women for procreation. The strategy remains to this day with options such as sperm donor, where the male is ejected from the family. With a simple insemination or by a direct choice of a male partner, a girl or woman can bring forth a child.

The same Herodian and diabolic agendas are at full display in the twenty first century with the raise of abortion, cohabitation, same sex marriage and adoption. This agenda has been widespread with the advent of the TV programs that aim at wiring children brains circuit into desolation and confusion. The further away humanity is from God, the wider the tear in the social fabric and the darker the solutions. Romans 1:26 “For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature”. As believers, we are called to love these people as created in God’s image. However, we are to also uphold our believes and standard.

God created the family institution for the good of the civilization. Altering it in anyway will adversely affect the humankind ability to do God’s work. You were born for such a time as this, will you keep quiet or act?
